Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Payment Policy
Payment:
• Clients may pay in full in advance or pay a deposit/retainer to secure their package sessions.
• The balance must be paid at the first session.
• A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file.
Appointment Confirmation:
• No deposit, no confirmed appointment, unless payment in full is received prior to the session.
• Payment plans are available.
Reschedule:
• Clients must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Cancel:
• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior.
• Less than 24 hours notice: The session is forfeited and will count as a used session from your package. Any deposit/retainer is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required for the next appointment.
• 24–48 hours notice: Rescheduling is allowed, but it is strongly recommended to reschedule immediately to maintain your results and ensure appointment availability.
No-shows:
• Automatically count as a used session from your package.
• Any deposit/retainer is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for the next appointment.
Provider-Initiated Rescheduling:
• If Bodied by Vixáge must reschedule your appointment, there is no penalty, and your deposit/retainer will fully transfer to the new appointment.
